Peyton Vincent, Owner
A born and raised San Diegan whose DJ experience dates all the way back to La Jolla High's lunchtime radio show on KLJH. With well over a decade of special event entertainment experience since then, he is well qualified to be the full-time customer service specialist and face of the company while keeping 100% of the ~200 events per year running smoothly.
Peyton's performance style is best described as being a moderatetly interactive MC and a talented DJ with strengths in song selection,club-style song mixing, and detail-oriented "behind the scenes" planning support.
Nicholas Witzler,
DJ/MC & Event Sales Consultant
Originally from Ohio, transplanted to San Diego back in 98’, Nicholas is an extremely well rounded individual. With over 12 years of in-depth entertainment/management/sales experience, he heads up the Sales Consultant division of La Jolla Disc Jockey’s/Classy Photobooths. In addition to his sales role for the company, Nicholas also steps behind the decks to DJ/MC/Coordinate events on a regular basis, making sure to keep his finger on the pulse of what’s hot and current.
Nicholas is a wedding specialist, having successfully completed over 700+ events. He has extensive experience with multi-cultural/multi-denominational weddings from all walks of life including Jewish, Italian, Irish, Indian, Vietnamese, Chinese, Arabian, Traditional, Non-Traditional, etc. He is known for his key ability to read a crowd and deliver the music that’s appropriate for the moment, whether you’re looking for relaxing background music during dinner or some more upbeat songs during open dancing. Although Nicholas is a wedding specialist, he also services Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, birthday parties, grand openings, screenings, corporate luncheons, private parties, fundraisers, charity events, holiday parties, etc.
Nicholas also has wide-ranging experience in the club atmosphere. He secured a position as a resident DJ on one of the world’s largest online radio stations, with an average listener base of 1,000+ participants per week. Numerous nightclub appearances throughout San Diego to San Francisco, also appearing in cities like Toledo, OH and Detroit, MI to name a few!
His skills on the microphone are polished and professional. His announcements have the enthusiasm to grab even the largest group, but still smooth enough for the more elaborate event. Fun, lively, energetic, and on-point are some of the words clients have used to describe Nicholas when he’s on the mic. Nicholas is visible when needed and invisible at other times, insuring that each and every event is running on “auto pilot”. With his unique experience and knowledge of the entertainment industry, he has the tools to help you feel comfortable, confident, and relaxed with your event!
Eric Scott Gold,
DJ/MC & Talent/Marketing Manager
Just imported from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Eric is here to take the San Diego market by storm. As on air radio personality in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Eric has been honored and privileged to acquaint himself with some major names in the music and entertainment industry. He's had the opportunity to work at Universal Theme Parks in Orlando, singing and dancing in a major musical production, while hosting and emceeing Disney themed weddings on the side. Spending his first 8 years with the biggest name in the bar and bat mitzvah industry, Eric was able to train under the man who started it all, winning his first mobile emcee competition at the age of 16, a record that still stands throughout the continental US today. For the past 7 years, Eric has served as the talent coordinator and lead emcee for one of Philadelphia’s biggest full service social event companies, helping to take a rolodex of 30 novelty and specialty entertainment acts, and turning it into the more than 250 as it sits today. Performing at over 2000 events over the past 15 years, Eric is surely able to oversee and plan your entire affair, from the instant you make the initial inquiry, to the moment that last song fades to black. With the uncanny ability to play both sides of the fence, Eric can be charming and personable to your adult guests one minute, and on the drop of a dime, do a complete 180, getting down to the level of a teenager, chatting about MTV and alternative sports, in the most proper grammar, or out of the box ebonics, the language most teens talk, that some parents just don’t understand. Eric is bringing the east coast party out west, so get ready for something brand new, filled with magical ideas, crazy imagination, and enough Jersey Shore fist pumping to last a lifetime...if that's your thing! :) Are you ready?
Cameron Smith, DJ/MC
Since being on stage with his uncle as a child, Cameron’s love for music has been a large part of his life. Originally from Gig Harbor, Washington, he began his DJ career at the age of 13 while volunteering at the local radio station. While in high school Cameron started a mobile DJ company that he operated successfully through college performing at events including weddings, high school dances, corporate events and night clubs. After completing his undergraduate studies, Cameron relocated to San Diego to begin his professional career. He has been with La Jolla DJ’s since the summer of 2008 after nine years of operating his own company. Cameron’s DJ/MC style can be adapted for any event. He can be very interactive and entertaining or can provide subtle professionalism. His music background is well versed in genres ranging from jazz, classic rock to the latest top 40/hip-hop club mixing style. With his 11 years of experience, Cameron can exceed your DJ expectations at any event.
Brian Schwartz, DJ/MC
Originally from Southern California, Brian has passion for being as detail oriented as possible and has made him a favorite dj/mc for weddings, bar mitzvah's, sweet 16's, school dances, private parties, and corporate events. Brian has been a dj/mc for over 15 years and can handle any type of event. He is great in a fast paced pressured environment and can read a crowd. His outgoing personality and ability to make an event run smooth from the start to finish makes him the DJ to choose. Brian is recognized as a top Master of Ceremonies and Disc Jockey at various events throughout the year. Performing at over 100 events a year, Brian brings the level of experience that few have achieved. His knowledge of Top 40, Hip Hop, R & B, Dance, Disco, and other genres of music along with a personality looking to please a crowd make him an excellent choice for a premier DJ/MC.
Steven "Delano" McFarlane, DJ/MC
Born in Republic of Panama, Delano was influenced at a very early age by the many freestyle/break-dance parties taking place all over the Panama Canal Zone (R.I.P.) in the mid-80's. While attending these parties he was captivated by the DJ's and how they controlled the crowd with their selection. Delano knew that one day he wanted to be a DJ. In 95' Delano was asked by a friend to DJ and help promote a new club night in Panama City at the legendary "Club Dreams". He agreed and attendance grew from 300 to 1,500 in a matter of 2 months. 97' brought about a drastic change for Delano, he moved to the US, Tampa, FL to be precise, and started networking with people which landed him a residence at the renowned "Masquerade" in Ybor City. Around this same time Delano began to DJ corporate events and functions. In 04' Delano made the move to San Diego, CA where he quickly began to rise through the ranks of the club circuit. A few years later Delano started to focus his attention to DJ'ing weddings. Not Just a DJ, but an event coordinator and Master of Ceremonies, Delano brings a unique ability to organize weddings and events. His diverse knowledge of music and his extensive MP3 collections are a product of over 14 years as a DJ and event planner. This, coupled with his velvety smooth voice, quick wit, and unique talent for weaving just the right tunes together, make him truly an artist in the wedding and entertainment industry.
Paco Ramon, DJ/MC
As a born and raised New Yorker, Paco has been exposed to a tremendously varied base of music throughout his life. Of Japanese and Colombian decent (only in New York), he has witnessed the impact music can have in any culture. A student of music since the age of 8 years old, Paco has continually studied music across a wide swath of genres, cultures, and generations. He is well versed in all types of popular music from the 50’s all through the hits of today.
In 1996 Paco began his DJ career while attending Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Quickly learning how to pack a dance floor he began playing events up and down the East Coast. After a visit to San Diego in 1998, he decided to make the move permanent to the “best” coast 5 years later. Upon arrival to San Diego, Paco established his reputation as a tremendous local talent by winning the first DJ competition he ever entered. His ability to blend and mix all styles of music is what sets him apart from the majority of other DJs. That victory paved the way for bookings at many local events, including some of the biggest clubs in San Diego such as On Broadway. With a desire to share his love for music with the masses, he began and hosted an online radio show with a dedicated listener base for several years. While hosting the radio show he discovered his natural talent for being an MC as well. Logically he began to perform at weddings and other celebratory events with immediate and great success.
While specializing in First Class weddings, he is at home anywhere there is a dance floor and people wanting to dance. With meticulous attention to detail, Paco will craft the perfect evening for your event. He has the knowledge and experience to create that picture perfect atmosphere for an elegant and formal affair, while maintaining the ability to dazzle the dance floor while behind the decks. With years of experience and musical knowledge this DJ has the ability to transform your next event into a celebration your guests won’t soon forget!
